Studio Policies

Prerequisites

You must have previous Pilates mat class experience or take our introductory package in order to participate in our group mat classes. We require all new clients with no prior group reformer class or private reformer instruction to have at least 2-6 private or semi-private sessions before entering a group reformer class.

Missed classes

We cannot guarantee any makeup classes. If you miss your scheduled class, you may make it up during the same session of classes if space allows. Mat clients are only allowed to make up classes in a Mat class series, and Reformer clients are only allowed to make-up classes in a Reformer class series. To maximize your chance for a make-up spot, please call the studio at 541-465-1680 to be placed on the waiting list.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment times for privates and duets are reserved for you. Please give 24-hour notice to cancel or we must charge you for your session. If you cannot give 24-hour notice, please cancel as soon as possible so that we can try to fill your time slot.

Drop-Ins

Only registered students are guaranteed their place in a specific class. If you are registered in a series, you may drop in to additional mat classes for $12, and reformer classes for $21, if space allows. If you are not registered in a series, you may drop in to mat classes for $15, and reformer classes for $25, if space allows. To maximize your chance to drop in, call ahead to be placed on the waiting list. Please call the studio at 541-465-1680 for drop-in availability or any questions.

Priority system

Priority for space in a class is as follows:

1. Registered students
2. Paying drop-in clients
3. Makeup lessons

Referral Policy

We appreciate your referrals. If you refer someone who buys a package of six or more private lessons, you will receive a $15 discount on your next purchase of private or duet sessions.
