Introductory Package

This package is available once only to first-time clients. We recommend taking advantage of this package to learn correct technique and get maximum benefit out of your group classes and home workouts.

Personal Pilates Training

• 1/2 hour private: $35
• Full hour private: $60
• 6 one-hour privates: $330
• 10 one-hour privates: $490
• 1 hour duet (2 people): $35 per person (single session)
• 10 one-hour duets (2 people): $300 per person
• 10 one-hour trio (3 people): $250 per person

All prepaid lessons must be used within 3 months of purchase. Gift certificates are available for any of our services.

Personal Pilates, GYROTONIC^® and Egoscue training with owner Elise Moore

Elise is a licensed Massage Therapist, Certified GYRTONIC Instructor; Stott certified Pilates Instructor in essential, intermediate and advanced levels and certified in the Egoscue technique.

GYROTONIC^® Training with Elise

• 1-hour private: $70
• 6 one-hour privates: $390
• 10 one-hour privates: $550
• 1-hour duet (2 people): $40/ per person (single session)
• 10 one-hour duets (2 people): $350/ per person
